Shipping policy

Delivery and Shipping

We process and ship orders during our business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays). If items are in stock, they are ready for dispatch no later than two business days after payment is received.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Germany

  • Shipping method: DHL/DPD
  • Shipping costs for orders under €50.00: €4.00
  • Free shipping for orders over €50.00
  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • Gift cards are sent exclusively via email, so no shipping costs apply.

EU

  • Shipping method: DHL/DPD
  • Shipping costs for orders under €100.00: €10.00
  • Free shipping for orders over €100.00
  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days

Non-EU

  • Shipping method: DHL
  • Flat rate shipping cost: €22.00
  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days
  • All orders are shipped excluding tax and customs duties. Import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-EU (America & Canada)

  • Shipping method: DHL
  • Flat rate shipping cost: €35.00
  • Delivery time: 5–21 business days
  • All orders are shipped excluding tax and customs duties. Import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order is handed over to DHL/DPD, you will receive an automated email notification with your tracking number. This allows you to conveniently track your shipment online at any time. You can check the status of your shipment using the following link: DHL Tracking DPD Tracking.

Taxes/Customs

All product prices displayed on the website include the applicable VAT. For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA and any other Non-EU countries, VAT is not applied; however, import duties must be paid by the customer. Please note: the calculation of these duties depends on the value of the goods and the delivery address.

Returns

We are unable to offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted items.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
